And thanks to the long-life rechargeable battery, which takes about eight hours to fully charge, riders can cruise for up to 40 minutes at a stretch. Other details include a folding handlebar mechanism for easy storage and transport, an 8-inch pneumatic front tire and 4.9-inch polyurethane rear wheel, and a hand-operated front brake. The E100 is recommended for ages 8 and older and offers a maximum weight capacity of 120 pounds. It also comes with a pair of 12-volt batteries, a charger, and tools and is backed by a 90-day warranty.

My 7 year old rides his up and down the street EVERY day. It's a great little scooter!! Best Christmas Gift Ever January 6, 2009C. McGuyer In a word..."AWESOME"!!! This Christmas (2008) Santa Claus delivered 2 E100 Razor Scooters to my house for my 2 oldest girls. The kids were unsure about these at first as it was cold and snowy out that day. However, 2 days later we had warm weather and I took the girls out to ride them. After an initial hesitation my girls took off and rode them until the battery lost power. Now this is the first thing they want to do any time the weather is above freezing (sometimes even if it is a little below). These scooters are perfect for young kids (mine are 7 & 9). They are easy to use, don't go too fast, are very well put together. I couldn't have asked for a better gift for my girls. I highly recommend this scooter as a first electric scooter for a child. They are easy to charge so the girls are able to do it themselves. This product is not meant for long rides or big hills. This scooter last between 3 and 5 miles then needs to be recharged.
